INDIANAPOLIS (April 21, 2026) – Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber leading heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical companies serving Central Indiana, are excited to announce Jim Morrow as Vice President of Operations. In this position, Morrow will oversee the multiple components of the business, ensuring operational excellence that both allows the companies to grow and better service clients.
“Throughout my career, I’ve worked to create and implement systems that help people do their best work,” said Morrow. “Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber have been successfully operating for decades, but I am looking forward to the challenge of finding ways to scale operations and improve performance in ways that will better support team members doing that great work and our clients.”
Morrow brings more than two decades of operations experience to this position. His most recent role was Vice President of Corporate & Plant Operations for an IT asset dispositioning firm.
